Loop Wire

Loop Wire is typically made from high quality 18 guage XLPE insulated stranded copper wire. Buying the wire by itself rather than purchasing a preformed loop can save a lot of money in materials cost and is recommended for professional installers who put in many loops. If you are doing a single project we recommend that you buy preformed loops as the convenience and reliability of the install will outweight the cost benefits. At Gate Depot we carry loop wire by the foot, or in 50', 100', 500', or 1000' rolls. We also sell loop wire by the foot.
